Generic Formula:

  • Use the below formula to calculate the total workdays in a year.

=NETWORKDAYS(DATE(year,1,1),DATE(year,12,31),holidays)

Syntax Explanations:

  • NETWORKDAYS – In Excel, the NETWORKDAYS Function helps to return the number of working days between two dates.
